This section showcases selected hospitality projects completed during my time at the design firm AvroKO. It includes both projects currently in development and those that have been realized. Each proposal was developed with careful consideration of materiality, budget parameters, and overall feasibility. For contractual reasons, certain brand names have been omitted.

The Twelve-Thirty Club, Austin

This Forbes-featured private club spans four floors within a repurposed historic post office in downtown Austin. The program includes a concert hall with dining lounge, a basement night bar, a private mezzanine, and an intimate attic dining room.

HOST on Howard, NYC

A gallery and gathering space in the heart of SoHo, developed in collaboration with the AvroKO partners. The project included two exhibitions and required a comprehensive structural transformation.

Waldorf Astoria, Deer Valley

Ski resort developed by Extell in Deer Valley, Utah, featuring public spaces and private condos. The project includes a curated selection of high-end, experience-focused amenities.

W Hotel, Orlando

300,000-square-foot hotel in Orlando featuring three in-house restaurants.

R&L Record Store, NYC

In the heart of the West Village, the R&L record store will take shape within the shell of a historic restaurant, with a newly added second floor designed to house a distinctive listening bar.

R Hotel, Paris (Concept)

As a boutique hotel located in a repurposed goldsmith workshop, the R Hotel offers a gateway into the gritty industrial heritage and bohemian cultural energy of post-war Paris.

Oakley Concept Store, NYC

Oakley unveils a 3,000 sqf boutique for its next-generation underwater performance goggles, creating an accessory-focused space that reflects the brand’s iconic aesthetic and explores our ongoing relationship with water as both a challenge and a frontier.
